His album "Back To Bedlam," which has now spent a total of eight weeks at No. 1 this year, sold over 11,000 this week, according to Nielsen SoundScan figures.
The disc has sold well over 340,000 copies since its release in August of 2005.
Meanwhile, Pink's "I'm Not Dead" (8,000) was stuck at No. 2 for a third week in a row, Michael Buble's "It's Time" moved up one position to No. 3, and ringtone sensation Crazy Frog climbed 6-4 with "Crazy Hits."
Rascal Flatts' "Me and My Gang" rose three notches to No. 5, while Sam Roberts' second full-length disc "Chemical City" went in the opposite direction, sinking three to No. 6.
Madonna's "Confessions on a Dancefloor" spent its 23rd week at No. 7, and Pierre Laponte's "La Foret Des Mal Aimes" occupied the No. 8 spot.
The "Walk the Line" soundtrack re-entered the top 10 at No. 9, and Montreal band Mobile has the biggest debut of the week, landing at No. 10 with "Tomorrow Starts Today."
The only other debut in the top 50 went to NOFX's "Wolves in Wolves Clothing," which checked in at No. 19.
