James Blunt's lady is defending her man against rumours he had a fling with
It girl Tara Palmer-Tomkinson.

She may be the inspiration for the most over-played song since Bryan Adams
told us Everything He Did in 1991, the girlfriend of the posh pop sensation is
backing Blunty all the way.

Camilla Boler, the inspiration for last year's hit You're Beautiful, says
there is no truth in the newspaper allegations that James and TP-T had a night
of passion in New York.

Branded a "publicity seeker", Tara, 34, has not confirmed or denied the
reports.

Blunt, 30, has been linked to a number of women since his meteoric rise in
the fickle world of pop.

The press intrusion, combined with the former Army captain's constant touring, are thought to have put a great deal of strain on his 18-month relationship with blonde Camilla.
